When on a page of machines, click “Sort by” in the top right-hand corner of the page, followed by “Date”. The page will refresh and the machines will be sorted automatically.

You can select your preferred language as soon as you arrive on the website. If you make a mistake or wish to change the language at a later point in time, you can do so in the top right-hand corner of any page. A list will appear when you move your cursor over the selected language. Simply click on the language of your choice.

To change the currency on the website, go to the top of any page and the drop-down menu to the right of “Contact Us” You can now choose between euros and dollars. The prices of the machines will then change automatically to the chosen currency. 

You can find an overview of the BERGERAT USED teams of the selected country (when configuring the website language) as well as an international overview by clicking on the “Company” menu and then “About us”. You will then be able to see the job title, the photo, the email address, and the landline and mobile phone numbers of all the members of these teams.

You can filter your search thanks to the different filters situated on the left of each machine category page as well as on the page displaying the full catalog, which you can visit by clicking on “All machines”: Category (filter only possible when viewing the full catalog), Brand, Price, Manufacturing year, Hours of use, Country, Engine Output, Certification, Features, and Promotions.

You can request to consign your machine by clicking on the “Sell and Consign” menu and then “ What does Sell and Consign mean”. If you would like to consign your machine, click on “Learn more” in the “Consign your machine” section and then “Offer my machine”. You will be redirected to a contact form and prompted to fill in the following fields: Full name, Phone number, Email, and Message. Our team will then process your request and contact you as soon as possible. 

The WhatsApp icon allows you to contact a member of our team via WhatsApp. Simply click on the icon and you will be redirected to WhatsApp Web if you are using a computer or the WhatsApp app if you are using a smartphone.

To subscribe to our newsletter, simply enter your email address in the “Email” field behind “Get the latest deals and more” at the bottom of each page and then click “Subscribe”. Your subscription will then appear in the “Subscriptions” tab in your account. 

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking on the box next to Newsletter. You will then receive the following message: “You have unsubscribed from our newsletter”.

Creating an account at www.bergerat-used.com allows you to have access at all times to your machine wishlist as well as your subscriptions to our newsletters and to the different categories of machines for which you have set up an alert. You can unsubscribe from these lists at any time by clicking on the respective box. 

There are a number of options open to you for contacting a member of our team via the website. First, you can click “Contact Us”, which appears in the top left-hand corner of each page of the website. You can then fill in a contact form. You can also click on “Contact us” at the bottom of the website. The WhatsApp icon, which you can find on every page, also offers you a quick way of contacting one of our team members. If you are viewing the website on a smartphone, you will be redirected to WhatsApp. If you are using a computer, you will need to set up WhatsApp Web (if you haven’t already done so) in order to be able to send your message via WhatsApp.

There are various ways to search for a machine on the website. For a general search of all types of machines, click on “All machines” in the “All equipment” menu. You can then configure the following filters: Category, Brand, Price, Manufacturing year, Hours of use, Country, Engine output, Certification, Features, and Promotions.

It is also possible to search directly by type of equipment, by clicking on the menu entry corresponding to the desired category. You will then be able to configure all the fields listed above (with the exception of “Category”) to refine your search.

Yes, you simply need to click the “Remove from list” button next to the machine in question on your wishlist.

To add a machine to your wishlist, simply open the machine page and click the “Add to wishlist” button. You will then need to log in to your account on the website by clicking “Login” or create an account by clicking “Sign up” and filling in the following fields: First name, Last name, Phone number, Email, and Password. You will then find the machine added to your wishlist in your account.

To set up an alert, you simply need to check the box next to the bell at the top of the page. A window will then open prompting you to log in to your account on the website or sign up if you have not already done so.
