Bergerat Used has created different labels to give you a quick overview of the condition of the machines. Our team inspects each unit and according to specific criteria, it provides the appropriate label for the equipment. This way, you will quickly have an idea of the condition of the unit you are looking for.

The four labels developed by Bergerat Used and their meaning:

 

 Premium :

 

A unit less than 5 years old and which has been used for less of 7,500 hours (GCI)  or 3,500 hours (BCP).

 

  • Has all operational safety features
  • Ground engaging tool good at over 75%
  • Cabin elements with no defects
  • Paintwork with no defects
  • Bodywork with no defects
  • Tires more than 50% acceptable
  • Undercarriage more than 50% acceptable
  • Engine, power train and hydraulic components without leakage or seepage
  • Minimal and homogeneous axle and joint play, close to new
  • Boom and arm with no defects
  • Periodic general check carried out

 

12 months warranty (EPP), CVA 24 months.

 

Premium (Blue) :

 

Machines that have received this label are the units that have left the rental fleet of BM RENT. These machines have less than 2,000 hours and less than 20 months of age. This guarantees you a used machine with the comfort and the last technologies of the market. These units have:

 

  • Has all operational safety features
  • Ground engaging tool good at over 75%
  • Cabin elements with no defects
  • Paintwork with no defects
  • Bodywork with no defects
  • Tires more than 50% acceptable
  • Undercarriage more than 50% acceptable
  • Engine, power train and hydraulic components without leakage or seepage
  • Minimal and homogeneous axle and joint play, close to new
  • Boom and arm with no defects
  • Periodic general check carried out
  • A maintenance book (history of the actions that have been done on the machine)

 

12 months warranty (EPP), CVA 24 months.

 

Selected :

 

A unit less than 10 years old and which has been used for less of 10,000 hours (GCI)  or 7,500 hours (BCP).

 

  • Has all operational safety features
  • Ground engaging tool good at over 25%
  • Cabin elements with some defects
  • Paintwork acceptable with some defects
  • Bodywork with slight dent
  • Tires less than 50% acceptable
  • Undercarriage less than 50% acceptable
  • Engine, power train and hydraulic components with accepted seepage
  • Intermediate axle and joint play only if homogeneous
  • Boom and arm with re-welding
  • Periodic general check carried out

 

Regular :

 

All units.

 

  • Has all operational safety features
  • Ground engaging tool with more than 75% wear
  • Cabin elements in current condition
  • Paintwork in current condition
  • Bodywork in current condition
  • Tire less than 50% acceptable
  • Undercarriage less than 50% acceptable
  • Engine, power train and hydraulic components in current condition
  • Heterogeneous and extreme axle and joint play
  • Boom and arm in current condition
  • Periodic general check carried out
